			Picks are done in order of date deposit is received. Picks must be completed by 7 weeks of age or buyer will be skipped and pick will pass to next deposit holder. Puppies being picked up here must be paid for and claimed the week the pups are 8 weeks of age. Puppies being shipped will be held for any undetermined time due to shipping delays as long as full payment (plus any shipping costs) has been received (and cleared) by the ready to go date. Any buyer requesting a later pick up/shipping date will incur $10.00 a day boarding fee until their puppy is picked up or shipped. Buyer must pay for puppy and shipping/boarding costs, in full by the ready to go date. Please note the following payment terms to pick up or receive your puppy: Money orders, cashier checks or personal checks will only be accepted as final payment 2 weeks in advance of puppy leave date. Pups would be allowed to leave once the money order/check has cleared my bank. Cash is the ONLY way the puppy will leave the same day he/she is paid for. Buyer back out for any reason, will result in deposit being forfeited, not moved to another litter.
				Deposits will be moved to another litter if Seller is unable to provide requested type pup available to Buyer. Deposits will forfeited on any puppies still here at 9 weeks of age or is the above conditions are not met. Seller must agree to any other payment arrangements in writing.
